A modular house is a permanent home constructed in sections, or modules, within a factory. These modules are then transported to your property and assembled on a permanent foundation, meeting the same high standards as a traditionally built house.
The process is much faster than traditional construction as the house is built in our factory while your foundation is prepared simultaneously. From a final design, you can often move into your new home within just a few months.
